We want you to be completely obsessed with your purchase; however, if you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the signature Juicy Couture packaging is included.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all previous shipping labels are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
